Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Xenia, and I am a licensed Therapist specializing in women’s mental health, maternal mental health, and parenting. I have been practicing since 2016 and have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients, each with their unique challenges and stories.

As a therapist, I am passionate about promoting mental wellness and helping people navigate life's ups and downs. I was recently on the local Channel 10 news talking more about how to find help and where to start. This can definitely be the toughest place when thinking about therapy! But I firmly believe that therapy can be a powerful tool for personal growth and that everyone can benefit from a safe and supportive space to explore their thoughts and feelings.

That's why we’re here! To provide a platform for mental wellness education, tips, and strategies to help you lead a more fulfilling life. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or just need some guidance and support, my goal is to offer practical tools and insights to help you on your journey.
